Contact Form – A contact form is available on the booking page. The information gathered via this form is exclusively intended for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. In the event that you decide to proceed with booking a Discovery Call or further engagement with us, a comprehensive file will be created, containing your essential information and that of your child. This data is collected with your full knowledge, with most details provided directly by you as the client.
Payments
When you acquire a program through Autism Behavior Solution, your payment will be securely processed via a third-party service of your preference. We offer the flexibility of Major Credit Cards or INTERAC e-Transfer, initiated directly from your financial institution. Please be assured that we do not gather or retain any of your card details or login information for these external platforms. At no point do we collect payment data or store credit card information.
Refunds
Refunds (e.g. for change of mind) requested within 72 hours of purchase will be honored if no services have yet been rendered at that time. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment. A $50 processing fee is deducted prior to the refund being issued. Once services have begun, there will be no refunds issued.
Consultation Time
Kindly allow a grace period of 24 hours from the date of your package purchase to your first appointment. This time frame ensures that we have ample opportunity to thoroughly assess your requirements, enabling us to deliver optimal and tailored solutions during your initial session.
In the initial consultation, we will ascertain the optimal frequency for scheduled meetings, tailoring it to your needs. This involves determining whether weekly or bi-weekly sessions etc would be most beneficial.

Online Meetings
Autism Behavior Solution conducts all consultations via Zoom. It's important to note that these calls are not recorded by default; however, we can accommodate recording requests if you wish.
In the event that we organize online classes or meetings in the future, please be aware that registration will be necessary for participation. You will be required to provide your name and email address to complete the registration process.
